Reach

The unique number of users who were served an ad. If an ad is shown to John Doe 2x, it served two impressions with a reach of 1.

Reaction Score

Describes cost efficiency and rate of engagement of a campaign relative to other similar promotions across many metrics and platforms.

Reactions

Reactions are an extension of the Like button to give people more ways to express themselves and share their reaction to a post.

Ready State

The ready state is a document created by Gupta Media to ensure that all tracking and account access is in place prior to campaign launch. Real-Time Bidding (RTB)

The buying and selling of ad inventory through real-time auctions that occur in the time it takes a webpage to load.

Replies

The number of people that responded to your promoted tweet by clicking the reply button.

Gupta Media website where campaign reporting can be accessed for all campaigns.

Responsive Display Ads

Upload different assets into Google Ads, and Google will use a machine learning model to determine the optimal combination of assets for each ad slot based on predictions built from your performance history.

Responsive Search Ads

Responsive search ads let you create an ad that adapts to show more text to users. Enter multiple headlines and descriptions when creating a responsive search ad, and over time, Google Ads will automatically test different combinations and learn which combinations perform best.

Retargeting

The ability to serve ads to users based on previous actions they’ve taken, regardless of the placement of the ad.

Retargeting Pixel

A piece of HTML code you can place on your website that allows you to anonymously build a list of users who visited your site or took a specific action on your website.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

A marketing metric that measures the dollars earned from advertising dollars.

Return on Investment (ROI)

A measurement of profit or benefit based on dollars spent. Typically calculated as a percentage.

Retweets

When a tweet is reposted or forwarded.

Run-of-Network (RON)

When buying ads with a company that owns a longer tail list of websites, run-of-network placements will appear across the network of sites the company sells advertising space for (at their discretion).

Run-of-Site (ROS)

Run-of-site ads will reach users anywhere on a given website versus limiting ads to appear in specific sections of the site (ie. ron-of-site ads will appear anywhere on NYTimes.com versus just the business section of NYTimes).
